4 weeks and a ROWDY 21 month old

Anna Crawford turned 4weeks yesterday and Charlie will be 21 months on the 28th. Time is already flying. One of her first outings with me. My kids love a passy.
Charlie, AKA the Bank Robber. he was running around the house like a wild man with that hat on.

Yes he dumped all the fruit loops on the floor and the stomped on them. Lulu loved it of course.

This is rare.

Randoms from this summer

At lake ti' okhata (sp???) Matt was like "Emily Can please stop going down the water slide." Charlie loved it and was fearless. He started going down by himself.
Who says boys don't have ponytails.

If anyone is wondering this is what I looked like when I was his age. Matt was not to happy about the pig tails. I am glad we now have girl we can do this to. I think he had seven total on his head. Hilarious

Charlie and EmilyKate Butler. She had her purse and cell phone. So cute. Michael and Kelly came and stayed with us while they attended a wedding in Columbus. Great time.

Charlie and Ridge Gamblin at the fair. I hope these boys are as good of friends as their daddy's

Me and Charlie at the Neshoba County Fair.

Shower for Anna Crawford with my favorite friends. We have been told that if you put your arm like that it makes you look skinnier. I cannot speak for everyone else, but I am looking exceptionally SKINNY in this photo. This was taken almost one month to the date before I had her.

This is what charlie did everytime the Carousel stopped. I know you can't tell by the picture, but he really did love it.

Love this picture.

Anna Crawford is here!!!!

Well Anna Crawford graced us with her presence 3 weeks early. I was not due until October 11th, but she decided to come on Sept. 23. My water broke about 7:30 at home on Tues. Sept. 22, and Matt and I headed to the hospital. She ended up being born at 3:00 am on the 23rd. she was 7 lbs. 5 oz. and 19 1/2 inches long. She looks a lot like Charlie when he was born. I tried to post pictures of him when he was born, but blogger was doing something weird, I will try again later.(maybe). We are all doing really well, trying to adjust from a family of 3 to 4, which has been difficult at times, but we are making it. I love love love my our new addition. Me and my babies
So Sweet

The family. Trying to get a picture with Charlie is like wrestling a tiger at times.

Daddy's little girl

Right after delivery. the delivery was much easier, I just wish it had been at 3:00 pm instead of am.

Aruba 2009

Charlie's first trip out of the country. He did really well on the flights much to our surprise. Matt had a stash of Dollar Tree toys to keep him occupied and thank goodness for books. We took a DVD player, but he managed to destroy it on the way home, so we threw it away in the airport bathroom. He was so fun to watch and his favorite word the whole time we were there was "LOOK" pronounced "loo." Very cute.

This was just before he became totally soaked
They look so much alike (haha)

Crawford- Couglin Costa Rica Wedding

Caroline and Seth got married in Costa Rica on July 4. It was really fun and she looked beautiful. The weather was great. It is the rainy season there right now and it did not rain hardly any and there was a major breeze that day. It was really nice. Everyone was there except for Charlie. He is too little and was uninvited and after taking him with us to Aruba I am kinda glad. He wears me out. He is the do-run-run. Never stops. on the beach after the ceremony

Very pretty. That is the same necklace I wore when I got married.

The little monkey strikes again

Ok so today Charlie made it out of his bed, up the stairs, and into our bedroom where he joined me and Matt at 6:30 am. I don't know why I am having such a hard time accepting this.

I know I am the worst Blogger

Yes, I am offically the worst blogger in the world. I just can't find time to sit down and blog. Maybe it is because I am still in school full time and everything is online, so every time I sit down to the computer I am usually mad because I am doing something not fun. Yes, I have a 17 month old that has learned how to get out of his crib. For the past to mornings I have come downstairs to get him and he has greeted me in the den. Sure am glad he did not stick his finger in an electrical socket or somehow open a door to the outside. If anyone has any suggestions how to keep him in the crib, please share, or is that part of my life over. Oh and I have failed to mention that Charlie is going to have a little sister who will be here in 3-4 months. Yes, I am six months pregnant with Little Girl Fowler. It is so funny how you and be overly prepared for the first and the poor second one gets neglected from the beginning. She has no clothes, no bedding, no crib (oh wait maybe she can use Charlie's since he has decided he dosen't need his anymore). So yes I will try to do better. I am planning on posting some pictures soon of my growing family. Charlie has gotten so big and everyday Matt and I talk about how we have a little boy and not a baby anymore. His hair is turning blond from the sun and is so curly. Matt swears he is the milk mans child because he looks nothing like Matt and his hair is so curly. He is going to have great hair, and it really needs to be cut, but I just can't do it secondary to the head lock episode. Maybe I will get brave soon, but I am just not ready. Like I said I am going to try my best to blog some pictures, but as you can tell I really do have trouble finding time when I am at home. Between school, working full time, being pregnant, being super -mom-wife, and having already given birth to the do-run-run, I just forget to blog, but I promise to post pics soon.

I Need Rain Boots

Yesterday I let Matt watch Charlie for 2 seconds. Well you see what happened. I made the mistake of telling Matt that Charlie was about to take a bath and that was all Matt needed to let the child run wild. Charlie loved it and thought stomping in the water was great. As you can tell we have gotten a lot of rain.
Hey mom look at me.

If you think he looks like a devil, I am just going to tell you that he is. He is into everthing and all boy. The other day I caught him eatnig potting soil. I hope it has a lot of protein and less carbs because look at that stomach.

Worst Experience So Far!

When I tell you that I really had the worst experience as a mother today I am telling you the truth. No I did not watch someone stick a needle in my childs leg or even watch my child fall on his face on the concrete (which would be awful), I took him for his second haircut which was terrible. I took him to the lady that Matt uses because she was cheap and Matt's hair looks ok when she cuts his. I am not going to say her name but If she ever reads this (which she won't because she did not come across as the blogger/email/internet type) I hope she thinks long and hard before she cuts another 13 month olds hair. Well Charlie was not loving the idea to begin with anyway and before I knew it she had my child in a head lock. He was screaming his head off. I was so caught off guard. I was thinking " did she just put my baby in a head lock." By this time she had already butchered his hair, so I had no choice but to go through with the rest of the haircut. As if it did not look bad enough then she proceeds to take the electic razor to the side burns of his hair. I was like "Um I don't think that we have to do that," but too late she had already scalped the left side. Really what 13 month old really needs the electric razor. He was screaming so bad you would have thought that she was cutting his arm off. When she got done I looked at the other people in the shop and said "Well that was TRAUMATIC." He was sweating and there was tons of hair all over me and him. Poor Baby. Not to mention that it is seriously uneven. It was cheap and it is so true that you get what you pay for. I will post pictures later of the traumatic event that left my baby with a lop-sided hair do. Needless to say, we won't be going back.

Momma's Little Helper

Yesterday I was cleaning the house because I had cookbook club last night with all my girlfriends. Charlie was obsessed with the vaccum. He was insistent on grabbing it from me, so I just let him go. It was so cute and I hope it is a prediction that he is going to be a "cleaner-upper" when he gets older. When my sisters and I used to gripe about cleaning the house when we were younger my mom would say "Why do you think that I had you." I know she was playing, but now I know what she means. It sure is nice to have a helper. (Matt, I still think I need a housekeeper.) Is he not a DOLL!
You have to put it on the floor for it to work Charlie.

Happy 1st Birthday Charlie

Charlie's first birthday was January 28th. I can't beleive that he is 1 year old, this year has flown by. It is amazing how he can go from a tiny infant who has to have everything done for them to very independent toddler. We had a great time and thank God every day for our greatest gift ever. I went a little crazy posting pics of the family party.

Matt did not really love that hat. He said one day he was going to kill me for making him wear that. Maybe we can put it on his head on his 18th too. Gotta love the family photo where everyone is looking in a different direction.
He was like "what is that shiny thing"

Everytime you break out the camera, this is what Charlie does. You say smile and you get a wide open mouth.

UMMM is it Christmas again????

love that smile.

Look out ladies here I come in my new car.
